Our friends at 20Fathoms welcomed a new Executive Director and announced a new program this month! 

Learn more about veteran entrepreneur Stacey Feeley’s experience and her vision for the organization.

Stacey joins the organization at a pivotal time, as the nonprofit leans into blue tech innovation. The Northern Michigan BlueTech Accelerator, powered by gener8tor and 20Fathoms, is a seven-week program for early-stage freshwater and blue technology startups. Founders receive structured curriculum, one-on-one coaching, and access to mentors, investors, and customers. The program kicks off in person in Traverse City in late August, with a Demo Day scheduled for October 22 where all participants will pitch to regional investors and partners.

#TeamMoonsail loved collaborating with PATO to refine the startup’s brand narrative, key messaging, and marketing assets, including digital ads, social media posts, and even sourcing the cutest rubber duck giveaway item (a must to reflect the brand's logo!).

As a mission-aligned firm, we support the many ways people can put their unique stamp on the world to make it a better place, and it's been inspiring to help founder Lissy Torres prepare to launch her passion for using games to help teams learn and improve their soft skills.

Our friends at LAN are celebrating a century of LANdings! 

To mark this momentous milestone, #TeamMoonsail developed a special anniversary logo to honor the legacy of flight and future innovations in flying, as well as designing and coordinating an entire catalogue of commemorative promotional items, from T-shirts and wristbands to coins and baseballs.

Michigan families are facing rising electric bills, and our friends at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) are taking action.

Moonsail North recently supported NRDC, along with their partners Evergreen Action, at a press conference in Detroit, where Attorney General Dana Nessel and other advocates called for immediate reforms that could save the average Michigan household nearly $800 on electricity between 2027 and 2030.

We’re looking forward to working with NRDC on other important initiatives in the coming weeks!

We've had a LANtastic time working with our friends at Capital Region International Airport (LAN) on various digital and social media campaigns to support their limited-time flights to Cancun, Los Cabos, and Punta Cana.

Be sure to check out their 2026 tropical flights, offered for a limited time through Apple Vacations from late January through early April!

Before you take flight, be sure to snap a photo near their main terminal entrance. We were proud to help with this newly installed design — it’s just “plane” perfect for a photo opp before your flight!

The Michigan Lakes and Streams Association (MLSA) is sporting a new visual identity that reflects their commitment to protecting Michigan’s inland waters for future generations!

#TeamMoonsail was thrilled to collaborate with this nonprofit to create a brand they’re proud to show off.

The layered shapes within the logo symbolize MLSA uniting forces to support, protect, and educate on the state’s beloved waterways. The vibrant colors convey the orange shades of a sunset sky over a lake — a symbol of community togetherness and shared appreciation for our beloved state. The lighter blue tone representing rivers and the darker blue tone representing lakes convey a sense of clean freshwater and tranquil waves touching the green land that embraces the waterways.

Moonsail North customizes our brand identity development projects to ensure full stakeholder buy-in and a final result that represents the coalition’s collective vision, plus any cultural, linguistic, historical, or regional nuances that might impact the process.

Congratulations to our friends at Fair Food Network and Double Up Food Bucks Michigan on the successful completion of the first Double Up Food Bucks Awareness Month! The in-person events and digital marketing efforts — including Double Up Champion spotlights healthy food recipes, and online giveaways — received an overwhelming amount of media attention!

The Capital Region International Airport (LAN) is introducing a new location in 2026: Los Cabos! Beginning in January, you can travel nonstop from Lansing to Cancun, Punta Cana, and Los Cabos with Apple Vacations.

This news comes on the heels of many other exciting announcements at LAN, including nonstop flights to Tampa and Fort Myers with Breeze Airways.

Honor Community Health, a federally qualified health center with 16 locations across Oakland County, Michigan, serves 18,000 patients annually who are mostly low-income and underinsured. Over 60% of their patients are on Medicaid, so the nonprofit is bracing for the proposed cuts to the federal health program.
