The East Lansing community and beyond is heartbroken following the devastating events on Michigan State University's campus during the late hours of Feb. 13. #TeamMoonsail has strong ties to Michigan State, including several alums. We send our deepest condolences and love to all students, faculty, and community members who were affected by this senseless tragedy. Although we will forever be changed, the tenacity and compassion of our #SpartanStrong community will push us through β€” explore a plethora of resource and donation links today.

In their final "Quarterly Connections" newsletter of the year, #FlyLansing details exciting accomplishments, new destinations, on-site renovations, and much more. Our team was proud to have a role in the creation and distribution of each LAN newsletter last year, and we look forward to the future of #FlyLansing in 2023!

The latest edition of the SpartanDO Journeys magazine spotlights the esteemed street medicine programs at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine (MSUCOM), and how they support Michigan's most vulnerable populations. With winter on the horizon and homelessness remaining an epidemic in the United States, these programs continue to drive change in providing compassionate, culturally nuanced care for all people. #TeamMoonsail was proud to be involved in the writing, design, and distribution of this magazine, and we continue to be inspired by the students, faculty, and partners who are transforming health care.

Time for takeoff! The Capital Region International Airport (LAN) recently celebrated their first flight direct to Orlando International Airport (MCO). Oct. 26 marked the start of a weekly route to the popular Florida destination with up-and-coming air carrier Avelo Airlines. Passengers on the inaugural flight also received a charming beach tote with #FlyLansing sunglasses and more! #TeamMoonsail was thrilled to assist in the planning and execution of this exciting event and LAN branded swag. On Aug. 25, the Michigan Court of Appeals (COA) ruled in favor of auto accident victims across the state and voted against the retroactive application of no-fault reforms. In Ellen M Andary V USAA Casualty Insurance Company, the appeals panel found that any survivor who was injured prior to the 2019 reform law is still entitled to the lifetime, unlimited coverage they paid for. While this momentous decision works to restore life-saving care for thousands of survivors, anyone who has been injured after the reforms or in the future is not protected. Avelo has LANded! The Capital Region International Airport recently announced their exciting partnership with Avelo Airlines! With a new air service comes two new sunny destinations. The National Partnership for Dental Therapy (NPDT) recently published their refreshed newsletter! #TeamMoonsail was excited to assist in the creation of "Filling the Gap: Dental Therapy Digest" which aims to provide readers with resources and news to achieve oral health equity nationwide. Read the first edition now!

NPDT also introduced a new social series this month! The campaign spotlights dental therapists who share their stories of promoting actionable impact and the advancement of dental access in their communities.
