Huge thanks to Brandon from In8 Create for facilitating a fun LEGO Lab team connection activity where we engaged in Serious Play! Using LEGO bricks to tell stories added a layer of playful creativity for this storytelling crowd. Working with the same set of bricks, and under the same instructions, we each created very diverse builds, showing our differences in style, approach, and perspectives. It was great to learn more about each other in such a novel way!

The Capital Region International Airport (LAN) officially locked in their LANding with American Airlines direct to Washington, D.C. through October 2028! We were thrilled to assist in a social media campaign to gain community support which resulted in letters from 800 mid-Michigan travelers, 23 governmental officials, and 65 business leaders. These letters were sent to the FAA and U.S. Department of Transportation to encourage renewal of this route. American Airlines officially gained federal regulatory approval for a five-year extension of daily nonstop flights from our stateās capital to our nationās capital, which is a critical route for the community.
